Zhenglin Feng

Vice Minister, Transport,
China

Zhenglin Feng is the Vice-Minister of Transport for China. Vice Minister Feng is from Yanchuan, Shaanxi province. Mr. Feng joined the Communist Party of China in 1997, and was appointed Vice-Minister of Communications in 2003.  Following graduating in engineering studies, Mr. Feng has held leading posts with the Ministry of Communications, serving as Director in the 1990s.
