Andreas Kopp is a Lead Transport Economists the World Bank in Washington, DC, USA.  Working for the Sustainable Development Network, in the Department for Energy, Transport and Water, his work is focused on transport and climate change, trying to find out ways how transport can be made environment friendly, without sacrificing the role of transport for trade and urbanisation.

Mr. Kopp also works on transport costs for international trade and the regulation of the transport sector and teaches transport economics at the School of Public Policy at the George Mason University, USA. Previously, Mr. Kopp worked at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development in Paris.
