Evert Erenst Mangindaan

Minister of Transportation
Indonesia

Prior to becoming Indonesian Minister of Transportation in 2011, Evert Erenst Mangindaan held the roles of Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reforms (2009-2011) and Member of the House of Representatives. He has held various positions as a member of the Indonesian Democratic Party including that of Secretary General (2003-2005). His political career includes holding the Governorship of North Sulawesi (1995-2000). Mangindaan was educated at The National Military Academy, Magelang and the Faculty of Social and Political Science, Jakarta.
