Catherine L. Ross is the director of the Georgia Institute of Technology’s Center for Quality Growth and Regional Development, an applied research center studying solutions for communities to foster quality growth and development. The Center was selected in 2012 as a Top 10 Transportation Research Center by the U.S. Department of Transportation. Dr. Ross is the author of “Megaregions: Planning for Global Competitiveness” and was appointed as advisor to the Obama Administration on the first-ever White House Office of Urban Affairs.
